Environmental health is a public health field focused on all aspects of the natural and built environments affecting health. Practitioners are on the front lines in the battle to prevent and control disease and injuries caused by environmental conditions. The B.S.P.H. in environmental health is a rigorous, science-based curriculum that prepares students for direct entry into environmental health jobs, as well as graduate or professional study. This program is an excellent option for undergraduates interested in science and the environment, who want to use their knowledge and skills to tackle important public health issues affecting communities in Indiana, the United States, and worldwide.
