For students with primary interests in anthropology, biology, neuroscience, and other fields in the life sciences, the Certificate in Animal Behavior provides concentration in the study of behavior from multiple levels of analysis, including physiological, cognitive, and developmental, and evolutionary approaches to the study of behavior. Unlike the minor in animal behavior, the certificate also requires hands-on experience in the form of an internship or supervised research in a faculty laboratory.
