What is one piece of advice you have for students who are choosing a college?
Ask questions. The college search process can be an exciting, yet daunting experience for most high school seniors, and, more times than not, a lot of questions arise when visiting college campuses and researching websites. The best way to get the information you are looking for is to ask questions. Be proactive in finding answers and you will be able to find the college that "fits" you the best.
What is your favorite place on campus and why?
The walkway along the Jordan River. One of the things I appreciate most about Indiana University is the natural beauty of the campus, and, in walking the sidewalks and trails that weave throughout campus, I am constantly reminded of how Indiana University is truly one of a kind. Whenever I'm strolling along the walkway, I pass students on their way to class, visitors admiring the Jordan River and the trees, and kids finding joy in the bridges near Forrest Avenue and University Road.
