What is one piece of advice you have for students who are choosing a college?
I always tell students to pick a school that has a few things, both academically and socially, that they are interested in. You might change your mind about what you want to pursue as a major, and it is much easier to switch programs than it is to transfer to another school.
What do you love the most about IU?
I’ve always appreciated the academic flexibility that this university affords you. With the right planning, some students can graduate with multiple degrees—sometimes from different schools—and a minor (or two) in a traditional time frame. You can get exactly the type of academic experience you want.
